Caye Caulker Roaming WOD #1

After several days of saying "let's workout tomorrow!" and barely moving around instead, we finally had our first Roaming WOD today. Let me tell you, the first workout after weeks off (or months in Matt and Elissa's case) really gets ya! The cool part is that we recruited two of our fellow hostelers to join in our pain. And of course it was our evil German friend who said, "burpees! burpees! Yes! I want to do burpees!!" 

And just for the record, Elissa and I did a "warmup," which consisted of an hour-long power walk around the island. FYI - this is a very small island so we had to overlap ourselves more than once.  

So here it is for you, folks. Our first workout while traveling...

 

Caye Caulker Roaming WOD #1

"A very sandy Fight Gone Bad-ish"

3 Rounds, 1 minute for each movement

Jumping Jacks
Air Squats
Lunges
Push Ups
Sit-ups/Plank
Rest
